Departments
The Department of Pediatrics is a department that takes care of the health of children and young teenagers from conception to birth and until 17 years of age. We operate 40 beds in the neonatal care unit (premature and critical neonates) and 60 beds in the pediatrics ward in addition to 24-hour emergency treatment. We operate 8 subspecialties including hematology/oncology, neurodevelopment, nephrology, neonate/premature baby, pulmonology/allergies, endocrinology, gastroenterology and cardiology.
Pediatric heart clinic
The Pediatric heart clinic diagnoses and treats pediatric heart diseases including hereditary heart diseases, Kawasaki disease, chest pain, arrhythmia, and pediatric hypertension.
Growth clinic
The Growth clinic provides professional diagnosis and treatment for pediatric growth problems such as short stature and early puberty.
Premature baby clinic
The Premature baby clinic aims to keep track of premature babies and high risk newborns through retinal exams, developmental exams, and rehabilitation programs for premature babies.
Pediatric hematologic tumor clinic
The Pediatric hematologic tumor clinic diagnoses and treats hematological diseases such as anemia, thrombopenia, and hemophilia as well as pediatric cancers like leukemia and solid tumors.
Pediatric diabetes clinic
The Pediatric diabetes clinic identifies causes of pediatric diabetes, makes diagnoses, and provides treatment and management measures.
